Cancellations

At Fresh Finish Mobile Valeting, we understand that life happens and plans can change. However, as a mobile service, our schedule is carefully managed to ensure we can serve all of our customers efficiently.

We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another customer.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if no one is present upon our arrival without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply. This helps cover the cost of lost time, travel, and preparation for your service.

We always aim to be fair and transparent. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
